    1. We're delighted about your interest in our online shop. Protecting your privacy is very important to us. Below, we provide detailed information about how we handle your data.

      Email: info@tryaeras.com

      1. ACCESS DATA AND HOSTING

You can visit our websites without providing any personal information. Each time a webpage is accessed, the web server automatically only stores a so-called server log file, which, for example, contains the name of the requested file, your IP address, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, and the requesting provider (access data) and documents the access. This access data is evaluated solely for the purpose of ensuring the smooth operation of the site and improving our offer. This serves to safeguard our predominantly legitimate interests in the correct presentation of our offer in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR. All access data is deleted no later than seven days after the end of your visit to the page.

      HOSTING
The services for hosting and displaying the website are partly provided by our service providers as part of processing on our behalf. Unless otherwise explained in this privacy policy, all access data as well as all data collected in forms provided for this purpose on this website are processed on their servers. If you have any questions about our service providers and the basis of our cooperation with them, please contact the contact option described in this privacy policy.

      2. DATA PROCESSING FOR CONTRACT PROCESSING, CONTACTING US, AND OPENING A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT
We collect personal data when you voluntarily provide it to us as part of your order, when contacting us (e.g., via contact form or email), or when opening a customer account. Mandatory fields are marked as such because in these cases we require the data for contract processing, processing your contact, or opening the customer account and you cannot complete the order and/or the account opening, or send the contact without providing it. The data collected is evident from the respective input forms.

We use the data provided by you for contract processing and handling your inquiries in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. b GDPR. For more information on the processing of your data, especially on the transfer to our service providers for the purpose of order, payment, and shipping processing, please see the following sections of this privacy policy. After the complete processing of the contract or deletion of your customer account, your data will be restricted for further processing and deleted after the expiration of the tax and commercial retention periods in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. c GDPR, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. a GDPR or we reserve the right to use your data beyond that, which is permitted by law and about which we inform you in this declaration. The deletion of your customer account is possible at any time and can be done either by a message to the contact option described in this privacy policy or via a designated function in the customer account.

DATA TRANSFER FOR AGE VERIFICATION PURPOSES
If your order includes goods that are subject to age restrictions, we ensure, through the use of a reliable process involving personal identity and age verification, that the purchaser has reached the required minimum age. For this purpose, we use the SCHUFA IdentityCheck on our website. This service is provided by SCHUFA Holding AG, Kormoranweg 5, 65201 Wiesbaden, Germany (hereinafter: SCHUFA).

To ensure the required minimum age, individual personal data (e.g., name, address, and date of birth) is transmitted to SCHUFA Holding AG. A so-called identity check with Q-Bit is then carried out, which has been positively evaluated by the Commission for Youth Media Protection (KJM) for age verification. The data transmission to SCHUFA serves, in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR, to safeguard our predominantly legitimate interests in ensuring an offering compliant with youth protection laws and in complying with the legal provisions on youth protection. No credit check takes place in this regard.

      3. DATA PROCESSING FOR PAYMENT PROCESSING
We process personal data related to payment processing, e.g., the data required for processing payment transactions or preventing fraud.

We use various payment methods that are provided by different payment service providers. The payment service provider responsible for the payment method selected by you is responsible for the payment processing. The personal data collected for payment processing depends on the respective payment method selected and includes, among other things, the name of the account holder, account number, bank code, credit card number, invoice amount, currency, transaction number, date and time of the transaction, description of the goods and recipient. The legal basis for processing such data is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. b GDPR, as it is required for the performance of a contract.

Please note that some payment service providers may process your data outside the European Union. Please see the privacy policy of the respective payment service provider for more information.

      4. EMAIL NEWSLETTER
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will regularly send you our email newsletter based on your consent in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. a GDPR, using the data required or disclosed for this purpose during registration. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link provided in the newsletter or by sending a message to the responsible person named above. After unsubscribing, we will delete your email address unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we reserve the right to use data beyond this, which is permitted by law and about which we inform you in this declaration.
