We exclusively deliver with UPS/FedEX/DHL or Australian Post

Shipping costs for products range from $3.99 to $4.99. Delivery within 2-12 working days - with tracking. Shipping is free for orders over $35. This applies to shipping within the offered Countries

The shipping time depends on the delivery traffic of the Post Group.

In the event of non-delivery/pickup due to reasons such as: no access to the building, return at the request of the recipient, no sign on the doorbell, recipient possibly moved, package not picked up at the branch, etc., a return fee of €6.00 including VAT is charged by the Courier, which the customer must bear. Returns are automatically canceled upon receipt by Bioflavour & Food GmbH, and the refund is initiated within 10 working days, minus the above-mentioned return fee.
