Refund policy

Return Policy for Consumers (any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly neither be attributed to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.)

You have the right to return items purchased from Aeras within fourteen days without providing any reason. The return period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right to return, please inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to return the items. You can use the attached model return form for this purpose, although it is not mandatory.

To meet the return deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the return right before the expiry of the return period.

Consequences of Return

If you return items purchased from Aeras, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your return. We will use the same means of payment for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; you will not incur any fees for the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned items or until you have provided proof that you have returned the items, whichever is earlier.

You must return the items to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of the return. The deadline is met if you send the items before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You bear the direct costs of returning the items. You are only liable for any loss in value of the items if this loss in value is due to handling of the items that is not necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

The right of return does not apply to the following contracts:

  • Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
